About us

  • The Gloom Collective is a lifestyle brand founded in Autumn 2017. We are based out of New England. 

What are your products printed on? 

  • All of our products are printed on American Apparel (unless specifically stated otherwise). 
  • Our hats are printed on Yupoong. 

How do I determine the right size?

  • There is a size chart provided on the page of each product for you to use in case you are unsure. 
  • Take note that our shirts are form fitting and unisex, therefore you may need to adjust sizing accordingly to your body type and style. 

When should I expect my package?

  • Please allow a maximum of 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive USPS. We are a small, growing company, so please bare with us. We thank you for your patience! 

How can I track my order?

  • Tracking information is provided at check out when you provide an e-mail address. (***We do NOT send out newsletters/unwanted spam, nor do we sell email addresses to 3rd parties. This is strictly for you to receive tracking information***). 

I think my package was lost?

  • If you have an issue with a lost package, please contact us @ thegloomcollective@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you. However, if the package has already been shipped and you have been provided tracking information, the package is in USPS' hands. You may have to contact them to file a claim. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • At the moment, we do not. But we will be providing international shipping soon, and will make an announcement when we do!

Do you accept returns?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns as of now, considering we are a drop-shipping company. If you are unhappy with your product, please send us an e-mail @ thegloomcollective@gmail.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
